Building Characteristic

The Business Centre Prešov is located in a wider centre of Prešov. The business centre shall be used for businesses, shops, and offices of future tenants. The assumed capacity is 360 persons. The business centre consists of 6 floors and underground car park with capacity of 19 parking places, out of which 5 for the disabled. Due to its modern architecture, applied materials and furnishing, the building of the business centre is an above standard centre. For more convenience, there is a two-floor parking house with capacity of 86 vehicles in the vicinity.

All day guard duty shall increase safety of the entire building. Lifestyle services like beauty shop, hairdresser’s, pharmacy, shops, restaurant with a coffee shop and summer terrace shall increase comfort.
